Mentor is someone who mentors, guides, and helps others grow and progress in a certain area.

Mentee is a person who is mentored and supervised to help them grow.

Mentoring is both the process of mentoring and mentee nurturing that growth and connection to create a sustainable relationship, growth in career or personal life.

Mentorship is the relationship between mentor and mentee acquired during and after the mentoring process.

I have more than 10 years of experience in the software industry, the markets that I have participated in include: Japan, the US and Vietnam.

I have also experienced many positions in software projects: Developer, Tester, Quality Assurance, and Bussiness Analytics, especially many years in the position of Project Manager and Senior Manager.

I am currently working as a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager for a software company with more than 100 people.

1 - Mentor helps you realize and overcome your limits

In the process of you working, you will encounter many difficulties such as not knowing if it is good to do as you are now? Is your current job doing the right thing? What more do I need to do to make it perfect? Or when you need to complete a project deadline, what should you do? Are your abilities fully exploited? How do you apply your skills at work?

You need someone to help you orient and develop yourself, work skills and overcome your own limitations. Mentor will help you do just that in a 1-on-1 coaching program.

2 - The mentor gives you valuable advice

When doing work or in the process of doing projects, you encounter many problems and risks. You need advice and support. At that time, it is also extremely necessary that you need someone to give you advice to confidently carry out the work of the project. They will help you optimize every step of the work you are doing. Orientation still leads you to your destination in the fastest and best way.

• All knowledge in the consultation process will be recorded on video so that you can watch it again and again when needed, you will have all the knowledge during the consultation process.

1 - Each week will meet the mentor 2 hours at the weekend for one-on-one consultation

2 - Continuously answering questions within 12 hours via text message zalo/skype/slack

3 - The tutorial sessions will be video recorded and uploaded to youtube (only shared for students' accounts) not public.

4 - Solve students' problems and problems during the counseling process

Package 1 - Counseling sessions and students' problems - 500.000 VNĐ/hour ~ 1.000.000 VNĐ/day (2 hours)

Package 2 - Monthly consultation, including: 4 meetings on the weekend and exchange throughout the counseling process - 10.000.000 VNĐ/month

Package 3 - Consulting according to the student's project/request - (separate quote after receiving the student's request)
